“I knew what I should be doing. The difficult bit was getting home after a busy day and still having the time or energy to decide what to cook. On Track is designed to make the healthier choice the easier choice.”
Fast food often wins because it is easy, not because it is what you really wanted. On Track removes the decisions that usually pile up at the end of the day.

These are example routines, not your personalised plan. Choose your preferences inside On Track.
Breakfast: banana berry oats.
Lunch: a chilled portion of yesterday’s batch, reheated once until steaming hot.
Dinner: tomato bean skillet, about 15 minutes including preparation.
Your break: a comfortable walk or stretch after sitting.
Before your day: pack a chickpea crunch lunch. Keep it chilled in transit and until your break; no microwave needed.
At home: quick tomato pasta, about 20 minutes.
Your break: a meal and recovery after physical work. Adjust meal and prompt times around your waking hours.
Make time: choose a preparation day and a larger batch—perhaps bean chilli or a family favourite.
Portion it: serve today’s meal, chill tomorrow’s portions promptly and freeze those for later.
During the week: the plan shows which lunches and dinners use the batch. Move frozen portions to the fridge with enough time to thaw fully.
On Track lets you choose 2–12 batch portions. Cooking time grows with larger quantities; follow the recipe and use suitable cookware.
On Track does not expect you to spend Sunday building a perfect spreadsheet. Give it the useful details, then let it organise the week around your real routine.
Workdays, family time, food preferences and the times you normally eat.
Choose no shop, a small top up or a fresh week. On Track reuses ingredients sensibly.
Meals, preparation reminders and movement appear when they are useful.
On Track helps you organise food and build a routine that feels achievable. Activity and weight tracking are optional. If losing weight matters to you, portions, progress and trends support that goal without making every day feel like a test.
Weekdays, family weekends and plans that change at short notice can all live in the same app.
Portions and recipes can change when the children are with you, without rebuilding the whole plan.
Save recipe cards in your Recipe Box. A small supported selection fills in automatically; other cards need ingredients and instructions added by you.
Choose a restrained colour accent, comfortable dark panels, and optional AI assistance.
No. Meal planning, preparing lunch and making food last are the centre of On Track. Weight, steps, water and wellbeing tracking can each be switched off.
Choose vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian or no dietary pattern, plus listed food exclusions. Filters check the recipe ingredients; you still need to check product labels and substitutions. Scheduled prompts currently work while On Track is open.
